Can I just say … LUIS VELEZ IN THE BRANDON TOWN CENTER IS THE BEST!!! There are challenging customers, and then there are CHALLENGING customers. And I was a CHALLENGING one … not on purpose, I just had all kinds of issues with switching from T-Mobile and I probably took up 2-3 hours of Luis’ time. He remained professional and patient throughout BOTH of my visits. Luis is clearly very knowledgable of the products and the company, and I have told many of my friends to seek him out if they need assistance. I work in the Customer Service industry, and Luis is by far offering superior customer service above others. He is a tremendous asset to your company and just wanted to let you know. Thanks!

The agent was super helpful, knowledgeable about the iPhone that I bought. He walked me through setting up everything on the phone up until where I was good. Also, he explained to me about the phone plans, basically everything that I needed to know, start to finish, to make all my questions go away, which wasn’t easy. Very knowledgeable. Set everything up. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience with him.
